We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, provision member dashboard access, send newsletters you have confirmed, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Maps & location data
Interactive maps on this site (coverage maps, project locations, and optional address autocomplete on inquiry forms) are provided by Google Maps Platform. These services load only after you consent via our map consent gate. When loaded, Google may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data according to Google's privacy policy. You may use text-based location lists on each page without loading interactive maps. Static map previews do not transmit data to Google until you choose to load the full interactive map.

Retention
Inquiry records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required for legal and operational purposes. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time; confirmed subscriber data is retained per applicable email regulations.

California & US state privacy rights
MasterPlan Nexus, LLC does not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may submit access, correction, or deletion requests to hello@masterplannexus.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are directed at government agencies, civic organizations, and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
