By accessing MasterPlan Nexus at masterplannexus.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, inquiry submitters, newsletter subscribers, and authorized dashboard members.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent when submitting inquiries or requesting dashboard access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Website vs. contracted services
Content on this site describes civic advisory and urban intelligence services offered by MasterPlan Nexus, LLC. Site content is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, or planning advice for your jurisdiction. Formal engagements — including paid advisory work, custom deliverables, and licensed planning sign-off — are governed by separate written agreements.
Platform data
Urban Health Index (UHI) scores, report cards, rankings, sample reports, dashboard metrics, and related visualizations on this site are illustrative workshop aids unless covered by a separate written data license or client agreement. They may use synthetic, sample, or aggregated data and are not verified administrative records. Do not rely on this data for bond ratings, grant submissions, regulatory filings, procurement decisions, or litigation without independent verification and a formal engagement with us.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, obligation to perform work, or guarantee of acceptance. We confirm scope, eligibility, and fees before beginning paid work.
Dashboard & member access
Authorized dashboard access is provided at our discretion under tier-specific limits (peer comparisons, alerts, exports, and related features). You may not share credentials, scrape or bulk-download platform data, redistribute metrics to third parties, or use automated tools to access member areas without written permission. We may suspend or revoke access for violation of these terms or inactivity.
User submissions
By submitting inquiries, feedback, or other content through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to respond, deliver services, and improve our platform. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unauthorized access attempts, malware, harassment, spam, interference with site operation, misrepresentation of affiliation with us, or use of the site for unlawful purposes. We may block access and cooperate with authorities when required.
Intellectual property
Site text, design, branding, methodologies, and platform visualizations are owned by MasterPlan Nexus, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site materials without written permission. Client deliverables are licensed under project-specific agreements.
Third-party services
The site integrates third-party services including Google Maps Platform (consent-gated), Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Neon (database), and Sanity (content). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and platform data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or platform data. Our total liability for site use is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim, if any.
